Presentation of Candidates and Interviews When TaxSearch® has established a short list of candidates matching the search requirements, we present a resumé with a career accomplishments addendum tailored to each client’s specifications highlighting the technical or leadership areas of importance, along with a profile explaining why each candidate is a match and identifying any potential areas the client should probe during the interview process. This information keeps our hiring authorities from having to “fish out” the information they need during the interview process. Before a decision is made to interview a candidate, a call with the key decision makers is scheduled to go over all candidates included in the shortlist to answer any questions. Our executive assistants work with your staff on the scheduling of interviews and will schedule consolidated feedback calls once all interviews are complete.
