Offer and Acceptance

We work closely with you throughout the critical “offer/acceptance” stage, doing our utmost to ensure candidate acceptance.

After the candidate has accepted and started to work, TaxSearch® follows up with the company and the candidate for a minimum of twelve months.

During this period, TaxSearch® facilitates communication ensuring a smooth transition and avoiding short term turnover.

This is done with both the placed candidate and with you or other members of your organization who have a direct impact on the position via telephone consultation.
